1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may qualify for a refund if:
✅ Service Not Rendered – We couldn't resolve your issue (with documentation)
✅ Cancelled Within 48 Hours – Before technician dispatch
✅ Duplicate Billing – Accidental overcharges

Non-Refundable Scenarios:
❌ Same-day cancellations (<24 hours notice)
❌ Issues caused by post-service user modifications
❌ Manufacturer hardware defects (refer to device warranty)

2. Refund Process
Step 1: Email contact@rokysolutions.online within 7 days of service including:

Original invoice #

Description of unresolved issue

Photos/videos (if applicable)

Step 2: We'll respond within 2 business days to:

Offer a re-service attempt OR

Process refund via original payment method

Processing Time: 5-10 business days (varies by bank)

3. Partial Refunds & Service Credits
We may issue:
🔹 50% refund for late cancellations (24-48 hour notice)
🔹 Service credit (110% of original payment) for future bookings

4. Warranty Coverage
All paid services include a 30-day guarantee for:

Identical issue recurrence

Workmanship errors

Excludes:

New/unrelated problems

Physical damage post-service
